INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2015

When millions of yoga enthusiasts bent and twisted their bodies in complex postures across India and much of the world on Sunday to mark the first International Yoga Day, our students too took up the initiative and organized an elaborate yoga demonstration at our school. The students say, “One should practice yoga regularly as it releases stress and revives concentration and enthusiasm in day to day life”.

There was a special practice session for the teachers as well.
