Tejas Dayan and Thanmay Sajith of Class VIII, Thalassery Amrita Vidyalayam were selected to participate in the Under Seventeen Khelo India Youth Games. They will be representing the UT of Pondicherry in the National Youth Games to be held in Delhi and Haryana from June 4th to 14th. They are learning the martial art, Kalaripayattu at Mahi CH Sreedharan Guru Memorial Kalari Sangam.
Students who are successful at the national level will be given an annual scholarship of Rs. 5 lakhs for eight years.
